Health Coaching
6 Month or 3 Month
I invite you to schedule a free discovery session with me. During this session, we will discuss your health history and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you.
Why a 6 month block? I am serious about facilitating lasting prevention and positive choices that will stand up to the forces of life. There will be ups and downs, everything from holidays to heartbreak, in this time frame. You will be able to navigate them in the wilds while being supported from a safe space.

Gravity Yoga
A mat-based mobility practice, focusing on releasing muscle tension by accessing the nervous system. Please note due to the muscle loosening nature of gravity yoga it is not safe to practice before a workout. It is excellent to do after a workout or on a rest day. Please fill out the new student form here.

Grow your fuel! Homegrown herbs, fruit, and vegetables. Houseplants- fuss free pets that clean your air and improve mood. Growing nutrient dense, chemical free food is a joy for your body and land.

Choose the best place for an outdoor garden, lay down sheet mulch to build healthy soil and feed your plants for years to come.

Outdoors we can tuck edibles into your current landscape. Choose from vegetables, fruit, edible or medicinal herbs your family would enjoy.

Add pollinator friendly flowers or a butterfly garden.

Indoors we will find spots houseplants or herbs will be happy with the right light and temperature conditions.
